If you'd like to learn more about Bridge West, please keep reading.
How about we tell you the story behind our name? The foundation for the first span was laid down several years ago when bridges began to figure prominently in our everyday lives. We heard stories about physical bridges, our families began to include people from diverse backgrounds so we learned to bridge cultures, then there was a conference with building bridges between people as the theme, and we even traveled to some marvelous places where we had to cross bridges. So as our informal working group grew to the point that we decided to call ourselves a company, bridges just seemed so appropriate. We grew to truly appreciate what bridges represent - in all their forms. We bridge between businesses and customers. We bridge between organisations and donors. We bridge between people and the world around them. We're proud of building bridges. Living on an island off the West Coast of North America, we like to think that we can build a bridge to the rest of the continent, or anywhere in the world!
So that's our little bridge story. The bridge in the photo above is a real bridge, found in a park on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. We came across this delightful crossing in one of our travels. Like we mentioned, bridges just seem to pop up in our lives. And we're happy they do.
